Friends of the Page
We have a few excellent friends and collaborators who have helped the page along the way and would like to take this time to thank them for what they have done for us!
Thank you to our volunteer admins of The Writer's Hangout and Book Recommendation Groups!
Thank you to Kiara Tiwari, a psychology student at university of Queensland with a passion for poetry, art and all things literature. They share their experiences of life, heartache, love and happiness as a queer individual through such mediums.
Thank you to Dan Belmont, a software developer and writer based in Manchester, UK. He writes short fiction and poetry (predominantly haiku) on Instagram and Medium.
Thank you to Alaa Lafir, an author from Sri Lanka with a passion for storytelling. As an optimistic woman, she finds it cool that she achieved her dream (to become an author) and loves supporting other authors. She adore fiction, particularly fictional characters— her brain and heart mostly focuses on characters who aren’t real (lol). She's often described as a tomboy, funny, crazy, weird, and playful person. She's a multi-genre author with a focus on romance and yeah, mostly with strong female characters.
Thank you to Payal Agarwal, the only daughter of her parents though she has a naughty younger brother. Now, she is a proud mother of two daughters and her daughters are the reason for her smile. She loves to note her mind and that turns out into others' way to spend their leisure time. Her friends were addicted to her imagination and they pursue her to build new worlds where the world will be unreal but readers will live that as real.
Thank you to Munisa Alwaily, who is a passionate writer whose creative journey began nearly six years ago, initially inspired by compiling quote books. A friend’s challenge to write a book sparked a newfound dedication to storytelling, leading to a writing career. She is from Mombasa in Kenya. She writes romance Muslim novels on Wattpad and Inkitt. She was inspired by a quote that said : “If you can’t find the book you want to read, then write it yourself”. And that’s what she did 😉
Thank you to Tatum E. Carrington is 17 years old, an avid reader whose passion blossomed into her own storytelling. Her family says storytelling began for her long before she could set pen to paper coherently. She’s written one book so far, with the intent to complete the storyline as a trilogy. As well as reading and writing, Tatum spends the majority of her time around her town’s coffee shops, baking, playing the violin, and talking yo other teen writers like herself. She’s aspires to one day create a company dedicated to teen authors: a place where they can learn how to turn their passion into a career- which is exactly what Tatum aspires to do.
